Celebrated my favourite boy yesterday. 8 is great!! 🎈
Ferns are my favourite. It’s not raining, the sun is out and all my plant babies are super happy about it.
These two are everything. 💕
I wrapped up my last parent council meeting tonight (did I ever tell you I’m the prez?) for this school year. It felt good, we have an incredible team & we all work so well together. I made them a cake to let them know how grateful I am for them. Perhaps giving cake is my love language?
Yesterday for Father’s Day I sat outside, in Jasper & enjoyed a maple walnut cone for my Dad. It was his favourite. In fact, every time I go to Jasper that is the flavour I choose. I eat it and think of him. Father’s Day (or Mother’s) can be hard when you don’t have that parent anymore. I’m grateful for my memories and for the little things I can do to keep his memory alive- and this one gets ice cream in ma belly! 💕
I’ve been saying yes to things out of my comfort zone when it comes to outdoor adventures. Pulling over at random stops & walking down a horse trail led me to this view. 💕
