I love any excuse to buy party decor, and I love me a theme… even if you’re celebrating your 46th birthday. Why shouldn’t there be a theme, it just makes everything better… well I think it does.

Cory celebrated his birthday at the beginning of April, he loves sharks and I found the best decor at Party City. It is meant for / designed for a 1st birthday but I rolled with it. I waited until he fell asleep and then I got out of bed and decorated for him. I don’t care how old you get, there is something special about waking up to decorations.

As an added bonus, I had the Pirate Tales collection from Echo Park as my design team work for Treasured Memories. It was clearly meant to be.
